Repostit vs PostOnce (2026): Price, Features and Which to Choose

· 5 min read

Repostit and PostOnce do the same job: you post on one app and the tool publishes the same video or photos to your other accounts automatically, without the TikTok watermark. The main differences are price and coverage. Repostit costs $5, $14, $29 or $149 a month and starts with a 14-day trial. PostOnce costs $29, $69 or $199 a month with a 7-day trial, and today it covers a few things Repostit doesn’t yet, like Bluesky and YouTube as a source.

Prices and features below were checked on PostOnce’s pricing page, its homepage and Repostit’s pricing page on October 29, 2026. Disclosure: we make Repostit, so read this as the view of a competitor, and check both trials yourself.

Pricing compared

Repostit is cheaper on most plans and costs the same in one common case. The gap is largest for creators with one brand: $14 against $29 a month.

Bar chart of monthly prices: Repostit $5, $14, $29 and $149 against PostOnce $29, $29, $69 and $199 for occasional posting, one brand, several brands and agencies
Monthly billing. Account limits are counted differently, so compare the accounts you actually need.
Plan Monthly Billed yearly Accounts
Repostit Basic $5 Monthly only 1 per app, 10 posts a month
Repostit Starter $14 $10 a month ($120) 1 per app, unlimited
Repostit Influencer $29 $20 a month ($240) 5 per app, unlimited
Repostit Agency $149 $99 a month ($1,188) 30 per app, unlimited
PostOnce Creator $29 $261 in the current promotion 15 in total, unlimited
PostOnce Pro $69 $621 in the current promotion 50 in total, unlimited
PostOnce Agency $199 $1,791 in the current promotion 200 in total, unlimited

PostOnce’s yearly prices above include a Halloween offer of 3 free months that ends on October 31, 2026. Outside the offer, yearly billing works out at about $0.95 a day for Creator.

The way accounts are counted matters more than the headline price. One creator posting to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook uses 4 accounts. That fits Repostit Starter (one account on each app) and PostOnce Creator (15 in total). Someone running three brands on four apps needs 12 accounts: that fits Repostit Influencer at $29 (five per app) and PostOnce Creator at $29 (15 in total), so here the two cost the same. With five brands on four apps (20 accounts), PostOnce needs Pro at $69 while Repostit Influencer still covers it at $29. An agency with 40 clients on 4 apps (160 accounts) needs PostOnce Agency at $199, while Repostit Agency covers 30 accounts per app, so 30 clients.

Features compared

Where the two are the same

  • Reposting your own posts automatically. Both watch the account you already post on and publish new posts to the others.
  • No watermark. Both publish a clean copy, which matters because Instagram shows videos with another app’s logo to fewer people.
  • Photos and carousels, not only videos.
  • Old content. Both can send posts you published before you signed up.
  • AI assistants. Both can be used from Claude and ChatGPT.

Where PostOnce is ahead today

  • Bluesky. PostOnce posts to Bluesky. On Repostit it’s listed as coming soon.
  • YouTube as a source. PostOnce can take videos from YouTube and send them to Instagram and other apps. On Repostit, YouTube is a destination today and a source soon.
  • Stories and text posts. PostOnce lists Stories and text posts among its formats.
  • Automation tools. PostOnce lists Zapier, Make, n8n and Canva integrations, and a developer API on every plan.
  • Very large agencies. 200 accounts in one plan is more than Repostit’s Agency plan covers.

Where Repostit is ahead

  • Price on most plans, and a $5 plan for people who repost a few videos a month.
  • A longer trial: 14 days against 7.
  • More places to repost from: Pinterest, X and Dropbox work as sources, so you can start from a folder of finished videos.
  • Clips: turn a long video into short clips in the same account, then repost them.
  • Two backup options: Google Drive or Dropbox.

Which one should you choose?

  • You post on TikTok or Instagram and want the rest done for you, on a budget: Repostit. Starter at $14, or $10 billed yearly, covers one account on every app.
  • You only repost a few videos a month: Repostit Basic at $5.
  • You need Bluesky, or you start from YouTube: PostOnce, today.
  • You run Zapier or n8n automations around posting: PostOnce has more ready-made integrations.
  • You manage more than 30 clients on the same app: PostOnce Agency.

The cheapest way to decide is to run both trials on the same account for a week and compare what each one publishes. Repostit’s trial needs no card and includes 10 posts. Start the Repostit trial.
