OneUp sells extra accounts ($1 to $5 a month each, depending on the plan) and extra workflows ($5 a month each). A workflow is one source account sending to any number of destinations, so an agency with 10 clients needs 10 workflows: the Business plan plus 2 extra workflows, $310 a month. At agency scale with 30 accounts, OneUp Growth at $120 is cheaper than Repostit Agency at $149 monthly, but it only includes 5 workflows; Repostit Agency on yearly billing is $99.

Two details to check on OneUp
When Instagram is the source, OneUp only cross-posts Reels that use original audio or royalty-free music. It also cross-posts collab posts you’re tagged in and Trial Reels by default, unless you add a keyword filter. Both are worth testing in the trial if you post with Instagram music or collaborate often.
Which one should you choose?
- You want one tool for scheduling, inbox, analytics and approvals: OneUp. Cross-posting comes included.
